International referee Uriel Greenfeld will manage the game of the season between Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel B'Shlosha this coming Monday. Greenfeld is expected to assist the line-ups that also accompany him in European games, Roi Hassan and Idan Yarkoni, and last month Greenfeld refereed the game between English side Leicester and Frenchman Ren in the last 16 of the Conference League.
In general, the referees' association sent a sharp message to the faculty referees that the thing that can end the season well for them, is to pass the deciding games with a minimum of mistakes.
"The most important thing is that referees do not determine the identity of the champion or the descendants," senior union officials said.
Apart from Greenfeld, Eitan Shmuelevich, Roi Reinschreiber and Idan Leiba, who are in good shape this season, he will receive a large part of the games in the playoffs, in the hope of the union that they will continue except for mistakes.
