Algeria-SANA
Cameroon qualified at the expense of its Algerian host and beat it 2-1 today at Mustafa Tchaker Stadium in the second leg of the World Cup qualifying round.
Cameroon advanced in the 22nd minute through Maxime Choupo-Moting, and the original time ended with Cameroon leading with a goal without a response, so the two teams resorted to extra time after Algeria won the first leg with the same result.
In the extra time, Algeria scored the equalizer in the 118th minute through Ahmed Touba, before Karl Toko Ekambi scored the winning goal and Cameroon qualified for the World Cup.
