The lion legend wants to return to the sidelines six months after leaving Innsbruck.

Former national soccer player Daniel Bierofka is eager for a new job after six months without a coaching job.

"My battery is fully charged again and I used the free time to develop myself and my idea of ​​football," Bierofka told SID: "I'm definitely ready for a new job."

The former professional and coach of TSV 1860 worked for the Austrian second division club Wacker Innsbruck until October.

He rejected "one or the other request" because the break was "important" to him, but now he's withdrawing it: "The motivation is there, my ambition is still huge."

"Football lives on emotions, so do I.

I don't want to let them take them away from me."

“Everyone wants to train as high as possible at some point.
