Three new medals for the Syrian team to achieve on the third day of the Arab Championship for Roman and Freestyle wrestlers, held in Saudi Arabia.
The medals came through our junior team, which took third place in the Roman wrestling competitions, by winning three "silver and bronze" medals.
The first silver medal was won by Khaled Al-Kan in the weight of 71 kg, the second silver by Mahmoud Tahan in the weight of 60 kg, while the bronze medal was won by Mahmoud Al-Balah in the 110 kg.
It is noteworthy that our youth team achieved, during the first and second days, 8 various medals "2 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze" and ranked third in the general ranking among the 12 participating teams in the tournament, noting that the free wrestling competitions for this category will be held tomorrow, Thursday.
