The professional manager of the Israeli team, Yossi Benyon, has not yet appointed a permanent coach or invited a roster to run in the League of Nations campaign, but he already faces a big task: mending the rift between the players, due to the fact that some Arab players the last one.
Things started to get complicated when PSV Eindhoven star Eran Zehavi wrote in the players' WhatsApp group that he was disappointed that there was no public condemnation, and in fact opened a large Pandora's box.
Some of the actors, such as Iyad Abu Abid and Ramzi Spuri, chose to release a message of condemnation on social media.
Others acted differently.
Captain Beavers was outraged at the leak of the conversation between the players and demanded to close the team until the next gathering in June.
A senior member of the Football Association told Israel Today: "If we find the leaker, he will fly away from Kibinimt, and we will also consider publishing his name."
One way or another, Benyon is aware of the problem and will talk to the players in the near future, hoping the winds will calm down.
"It will be difficult to manage a team if the locker room is not cohesive and unified," the team clarified.
One of the players said: "A lot of players feel like gold. We wanted real condemnation from everyone, and some of the players stood up to it. You can't be hypocritical among the players."

The Football Association was furious at the story, which caused embarrassment and asked if it would be possible to bridge the gap between the players.
"This is an internal group, the discourse was supposed to be within the team only," said the association's head of information, Shlomi Barzel, on the "Open Ground" program, adding: "It is zero in my eyes, whoever takes a private group of actors and takes texts out of it, in my eyes he is a jerk."
Beyond what is happening in the team, there is an impression that for the first time players in the Arab sector and entire clubs feel comfortable condemning in public the wave of terrorist attacks and murders on the streets of Israel.
A joint statement issued by five senior clubs in the sector - Bnei Sakhnin, Maccabi Bnei Reina, Maccabi Achi Nazareth, Hapoel Umm al-Fahm and MS Kfar Qassem - reads: .
