Sandro Wagner once again speaks plain language in the Kroos podcast "Einfach mal Luppen".

The Haching coach takes on the bosses of FC Bayern.

Munich – Sandro Wagner is a man of clear words.

It was like that as an active player, which cost him his career in the national team.

Wagner is now on the road as a coach for the fourth division club SpVgg Unterhaching and as a TV expert.

The 34-year-old now looks back on his time at FC Bayern Munich *, but also makes an unsparing judgment.

Sandro Wagner went through the entire youth at FC Bayern, but he only made his breakthrough with the professionals at the second attempt.

Nevertheless, the native of Munich likes to look back.

“FC Bayern means a lot to me, a lot in fact, because I was there every day for a total of eleven or twelve years.

If you've been there for so many years, that connects you," says Wagner in the podcast "Einfach mal Luppen" by Toni and Felix Kroos.

Wagner found a second family with the German record champions (overview of all FC Bayern titles).

“I was at Säbener Straße almost the whole day, even on days off.

On Sunday I met the boys from the youth center,” explains Wagner, who, according to his own statements, was often on the brink at Bayern, but then still made it into the next age group.

Most recently he criticized the training at Bayern.

After more than ten years at other clubs, Wagner returned for a year in early 2018 and became German champion with Bayern.

In total, the striker scored eleven goals in 38 competitive games.

Does he mean sports director Hasan Salihamidzic or CEO Oliver Kahn?

However, Wagner did not name any specific names.

Wagner is currently a coach in the regional league in Unterhaching.

But he would not avoid a duel with the ex-club.

He "wouldn't have any problems hurting FC Bayern as an opponent," admitted Wagner.

"I didn't have that as a player either.

It didn't work that often, but I wouldn't have had a problem with it.” In eleven games against Bayern, he scored one goal in the Darmstadt jersey in the Allianz Arena.

Instead of on village squares with the SpVgg Unterhaching, Sandro Wagner may soon be seen at the World Cup in Qatar.

The former international (five goals in eight international matches for Germany) is under discussion as an expert.

He was already in action for ZDF at the European Championships last summer.

Wagner is "not 100 percent sure yet, but the offer would be there." Wagner delivered the saying of the day in the Kroos podcast:

"I still have to clarify that with the boss at home, whether I can escape to Qatar."
