Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann reveals an amazing anecdote in the club's own podcast.
He tells for the first time about a skiing accident with his assistant trainer.
Munich - There is not much free time as a coach of FC Bayern*, but when Julian Nagelsmann* has time, he likes to pursue active hobbies such as padel tennis, hiking or skiing.
In the "FC Bayern Podcast" he reveals an incident on the ski slope in which his assistant coach Benjamin Glück was also involved.
Nagelsmann begins the rather painful anecdote like this: “We went skiing in Oberstdorf.
We were the first, there was nobody on the slope.
He
(Benjamin Glück, editor's note)
stopped and said: 'Hey, there's a little kicker over there that we can jump over.'
I told him to drive up.”

According to Nagelsmann, he had race carvers who “got really fast”, luck was on the snowboard.
One after the other they drove towards the small hill, then it happened.
"I'm behind in the shot, I had real speed.
Suddenly he stops two meters in front of the kicker and looks at me.
I was able to twist my hips away so I didn't clear it completely."

But it was too late: "Unfortunately, I hit him in the face with my shoulder.
When I turned around, the slope around him was full of blood.” Luckily, Assistant Glück didn't suffer any serious injuries, and the two were even able to finish the day's skiing.
"He bit it," praises Nagelsmann with a smile.
