Title favorites Paris Saint-Germain have taken the next step towards the French soccer championship with a thumping victory.
Neymar (6th/71st, penalty kick/84th) and French world champion Kylian Mbappé (19th/74th/80th) met Lionel in the 6-1 (2-1) win against Clermont Foot on Saturday night Messi prepared three goals.
Jodel Dossou (42nd) brought the hosts from Clermont-Ferrand, who were threatened with relegation, in the meantime.
PSG had taken an early lead against the outsider.

From the 70th minute, Clermont collapsed
Clermont had another chance to equalize in the 61st minute, after Neymar converted Akim Zedadka's penalty kick to Mbappé, the hosts were unable to do anything against the Paris offensive.
Especially Neymar's pass to Mbappé, who scored 4-1, was worth seeing.
PSG, who lost to Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16, are already 15 points clear of pursuers Stade Rennes and Olympique Marseille (one game down) with seven games to go in the season.
Most recently, PSG had lost their last four away games in all competitions.
Most recently, the club had already managed a thrashing victory in the league (5-1 against FC Lorient).
Defending champion OSC Lille is only seventh.
