After FC Bayern's Champions League defeat against FC Villarreal, one of the Spanish professionals criticized Julian Nagelsmann.
And wrongly so.
Munich – Behind FC Bayern* is a Champions League quarter-final with a painful outcome.
The Munich team lost their first leg 0-1 against the supposed underdog, who only ranks seventh in the Spanish league.
In the second leg on Tuesday evening in the Allianz Arena, on the other hand, it looked like Bayern Munich would be 1-0 for a long time before Villarreal dealt the hosts the fatal blow with a final counterattack.
After the game, the players of the German record champions stood at a loss in front of the microphones, while a Spaniard in particular criticized the Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann*.
And wrongly so, as can easily be proved.

FC Bayern: Villarreal player criticizes Julian Nagelsmann for alleged statement
Emotions often run high in football, which is why those responsible and players allow themselves to be carried away with reproachful remarks.
After the 1-1 draw in Munich, the “yellow submarine”, as Villarreal is also known, was extremely enthusiastic.
However, midfielder Dani Parejo felt compelled to send a message to Nagelsmann.
"When the draw took place and they got Villarreal, their coach (editor's note, Nagelsmann), whom I don't know, was disrespectful to Villarreal," the 32-year-old told Movistar television.
"When he saw that they were getting Villarreal, he said he wanted to decide the tie in the first leg.
That was disrespectful.
Sometimes when you spit in the air, it falls back in your face," Parejo elaborated.

FC Bayern: Parejo criticizes Nagelsmann – but he never made the alleged statement
After the draw, Nagelsmann did not make any disrespectful comments about the opponent.
“The question of how to assess the opponent is always very tricky.
First and foremost, of course, we want to get ahead.
Villarreal is the reigning Europa League* winner.
They have a coach and a team with a lot of experience and a clear plan," said the 34-year-old on the club's own channel.
“They often play very similarly and have finished second to Manchester United in the group stage.
Winning 3-0 against Juve is something you have to do first.
It should be our goal to go through, but you still have to play and win the games first," he added.
Nagelsmann also expressed himself similarly during the first match day press conference after the draw.
FC Bayern: Disrespectful laughter from Hasan Salihamidzic at the draw goes viral
However, the draw for the round of the last eight teams could be seen in a BayernTV stream with Hasan Salihamidzic *.
However, he laughed when the moderator announced Villarreal as a "feasible lot".
In the meantime, the corresponding clip from March 18 of this year has gone viral on Twitter, among others.
"To win like that in Turin and go through 3-0 is a surprise.
This is certainly a task that we accept just like any other task.
But we want to get ahead, of course,” said the sports director immediately after the draw.
In particular, Salihamidzic's arrogant laughter with the moderator was apparently not well received in Spain.
After the quarter-final second leg it will probably be gone for him.
