The playoff of the 2021/2 season in the best league in the world opened tonight (Tuesday through Wednesday) when Brooklyn did its thing with a win over Cleveland, securing seventh place and meeting Boston in the first round of the playoffs.
Minnesota has beaten the Los Angeles Clippers and will face Memphis.

The Nets arranged for a challenging encounter against Boston in the first round of the playoffs after shifting gears already in the first quarter which they finished with a 20-point lead (20:40).
The one who stood out above them all was Kyrie Irving, who shone with 34 points and 12 assists, and Kevin Durant added his own double-double of 25 points and 11 assists.
Bruce Brown scored another 18 points and Andre Drummond added 16. On the other side, Darius Garland's 34 points were not enough for the Cubs, who will now meet the winner of the game between Atlanta and Charlotte in the last chance game to take eighth place in the East.

Minnesota will face Memphis in the first round of the playoffs after managing to erase a double-digit deficit in the final quarter en route to securing eighth place for the second time in the last 18 seasons.
Anthony Adwords excelled with 30 points and Haifa on a disappointing evening of Carl Anthony Towns, who got into an early offense problem and finished with just 11 points in an awful percentage from the field (27%).

On the other hand, Paul George scored 34 points and Reggie Jackson added another 17 points for the Clippers who will now have to beat New Orleans or San Antonio in order to stay alive.
