Frenchman Julian Alaphilippe suffered a spectacular fall, from which he however recovered, after a bad maneuver by his team's car (Quick-Step) which sent several runners to the ground, twenty kilometers from the arrival of the Brabant Arrow on Wednesday in Overijse.
