The district league derby between SV Raisting and VfL Denklingen had a winner.

At the end, the winner received a special beer reward - from a competitor.

Raisting - The promotion final in the district league has begun.

It will be entertaining and emotional weeks, that much can be said if you analyze the scenes after the final whistle on the Raistingen sports field.

A crowd of young men carted a crate of beer in the direction of the Raistinger Jubeltraube.

The senders turned out to be the footballers from Oberweikertshofen, who benefited the most from VfL Denklingen's 2-0 defeat at SVR on Friday evening because they retained the lead in the table.

The VfL rivals screamed for the opponent throughout the game.

It ended up going so far that shouts of "super raising, super raising" filled the playing field.

"That carried us," said SVR player coach Johannes Franz. Afterwards he spoke of the "greatest win of the season" and promised a long party evening.

Wednesday night or not.

According to Franz, victories should be celebrated as they come.

VfL coach Markus Ansorge, on the other hand, left the pitch with a lot of frustration.

Not because he lost at the former club, but because he lost that way.

"It's about the defeat itself," emphasized the coach.

He didn't even want to talk about a football game.

He preferred to call the 90 minutes "a thrashing".

And his team just can't handle this kind of football at the moment.

That has already been indicated against Wolfratshausen and Großhadern.

Especially since the VfL kicker after the fantastic first half of the season: "Compared to the first half of the season, the teams are incredibly motivated," said Ansorge.

He's watched Raisting enough times to decipher the SVR's destructive nature.

There, all players are programmed to prevent goals.

Even the three offensives that Johannes Franz calls "our first defenders".

Denklingen, that was the plan, wanted to work his way behind the back four in front of the goal with precise balls.

That worked fine at first.

Franz, himself an integral part of the system, observed a "powerful initial phase" who, together with Viktor Neveling, did not allow the top scorer Simon Ried any chances to score from the game (exception: a free kick on the crossbar when they were 0:2 behind).

"The pressure has decreased," said the Raistinger coach.

There was an important reason for this: The SVR took the lead with a curious goal in the nine-minute minute.

After a corner kick, Mathias Sedlmeier took aim from a distance and hit Benedikt Stechele's buttocks, who gave the ball an unbearable twist.

"We always get goals like that at the moment," complained Ansorge, who misses the ease in his men.

After that, this game was no longer about tactics and technique, but only about will.

The Raistingers outperformed their guests in almost all categories.

Ansorge called the opponent “grippy and more poisonous”.

"We never managed to embrace the game emotionally."

The SVR, on the other hand, flourished because it saw its identity confirmed.

His team finally turned their eyes away from the table, praises Franz. They treated the duel "as if it were a relegation game".

"We just turned off our heads and threw everything in." That mentality carried over to the stands.

When fouls it bubbled in the round, every Raistinger action got applause.

"In terms of emotions, it's a crazy game.

An exceptionally good atmosphere,” said Franz. It erupted in two moments: when David Hendel counterattacked (after a dream pass from Denis Grgic) and after the final whistle, when the player-coach sank to the ground and pounded on the grass.

His system had triumphed over the fine football of VfL Denklingen.

Colleague and friend Ansorge showed respect for this: “It's not nice football.
