Clay Thompson played in the playoffs for the first time in three years and scored 19 points (5 threes).

Steph Kerry returned from injury and came off the bench contributing 16 points in 21 minutes, after missing exactly one month and playing under a minute limit.

Have you ever wondered what a 30-point playoff debut sounds like?

Golden State’s off-arc firepower was too much for the Nuggets, with Nikola Jukic stopping on 25 points (12 of 25 from the field) and 10 rebounds, receiving tight defensive treatment from Drymond Green and Kevin Lonnie.

The second game in the series will be on the night between Monday and Tuesday.

The @warriors big 3 came up HUGE in their Game 1 victory!

Philadelphia - Toronto 111: 131 (0: 1 to Philadelphia)

It was Tyrie Maxi's evening.

Philly's 21-year-old quarterback with 38 points, 21 of them in the third quarter, sniped five threes to take the Sixers to a 0-1 lead in the series.

James Harden also stood out with 22 points and 14 rebounds, with regular season king of baskets Joel Ambide settling for just 19 points alongside 15 rebounds.

Both stars had a bad shooting evening with 11 of 32 from the field.

Tobias Harris contributed 26 points for Philly, who will host the second game on Monday night.

Memphis - Minnesota 130: 117 (1: 0 to Minnesota)

A great game that promises a close series, and no one will be surprised if it gets to Game 7. Anthony Edwards was above everyone else in his playoff debut game with 36 points, and the seventh-ranked West surprised the second-ranked and took the home advantage.

Carl-Anthony Towns added 29 points and 13 rebounds, Malik Beasley contributed 23 and Jayden McDanielas 15. Patrick Beverly and DiAngelo Russell settled for 10 points each.

The Ja Morant Experience was in full effect, as he dropped highlight dimes, and dunks.

He finished game 1 with 32 PTS and 8 AST.

Memphis received a big pass from Ja Morant who provided a levitation show as usual and was stopped on 32 points and 8 assists.

Dillon Brooks added 24, and Jaren Jackson Jr. 12 points and no fewer than 7 blocks, but that was not enough for the Grizzlies, who will try to equalize the series in a game on Tuesday night.

The game was tight throughout but threes in Beverly and McDaniel's money time were too much for the host.

BIG KAT was locked in for the @Timberwolves, dropping a double-double and throwing down a show stopping SLAM as the T-Wolves take the 1-0 series lead!
