For months there has been speculation in Germany and Turkey as to whether Löw could return to his former club.

In 1998/99 he was a coach on the Bosporus, then he moved back to Germany and took over Karlsruher SC before Löw returned to Turkey: he coached Adanaspor for a few months in 2000 and 2001.

President Ali Koc is unsure what to do because of the performance of current coach Ismail Kartal.

Koc had confirmed talks with the former national coach Loew to the Turkish sports newspaper "Fanatik".

So is there a reversal?

At the end of 2021, Löw emphasized that after a short break, he now felt motivated to play football again.
