"It wasn't a close game.
Unfortunately we couldn't do anything about it.
I think we only had one chance overall," said SVM coach Thomas Zellermeyr.
The Vöttinger, who are currently in a good mood, started precisely.
Shortly after the whistle, the hosts hit a long ball to Jacob Thalhuber on the right side, who – albeit in a suspected offside position – went ahead and sunk the ball into the right corner to make it 1-0 (1.) To make matters worse, Benedikt Baumgartner (broken nose) and Pablo Arevalo Hölscher (suspected torn fiber) were injured during the game, so the situation in the game against Vatanspor will probably become even more complicated.
