A Spanish report blew up a high-caliber surprise about the negotiations between Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe, the French star of Paris Saint-Germain, to move to the Royal Club.
According to Spanish media, Mbappe asked the Real Madrid administration an additional 100 million euros over the previous agreement between them, noting that the Meringue board of directors rejected the request.
And the Spanish report stated that this step increases the chances of Mbappe continuing with Saint-Germain, renewing his contract, and not joining the ranks of Real Madrid.
Mbappe's contract with Saint-Germain expires at the end of the current season, and his name has been strongly associated with moving to the Spanish club.
