Champions Manchester City hope to open a temporary four-point gap at the top over second-placed Liverpool when they host Watford (17:00, Sport2).
Arsenal host Manchester United for a direct battle for a place in the Champions League next season.
Tottenham will try to take advantage of a loss of points from one of the previous two (or both) to escape, but for that they will have to beat Brentford away.
In other games, Leicester will host Aston Villa and Newcastle will play an away game against table lock Norwich.

Rafael Varane who was in doubt for the game was eventually included in the Manchester United squad, but the main news is the return of Cristiano Ronaldo, who returned to 11 after not being on the squad against Liverpool as he mourns the death of his baby son.
Antacia, who starred with a double against Chelsea, continues Arsenal's attack, with the only change in the Gunners' squad coming in the form of Cedric Suarez's entry into the defense in place of Rob Holding.

The champions recovered from relegation from the FA Cup against Liverpool with a 3-0 win over Brighton last Wednesday and maintained a fragile point gap in the Mighty Reds Premier League table.
Now, Pep's side want to secure a second consecutive league victory and temporarily increase the gap from Klopp's side to four points for at least 24 hours, until it completes its derby game against Everton on Sunday.
Kyle Walker is suffering from an ankle injury and Manchester City will try to train him when he is currently in doubt.
Kocho, on the other hand, will continue to be absent at Watford.
City want to widen the gap from Liverpool.

Brentford - Tottenham (19:30, Sport1)
The Roosters stumbled at home against Brighton in the last round after four consecutive wins and saw how city rivals Arsenal matched them in the table.
Tottenham, who are in fourth place leading to the Champions League at the end of the season only thanks to a goal difference advantage over the Gunners, know they must not fall again and that they must return to the winning track so as not to find themselves outside the top four at the end of the round.
The host, on the other hand, comes with great momentum, having won five of its last six games, and is not in danger of relegation - but neither is it vying for a place in Europe.
