Bayern Munich's richly continuous championship celebrations may have seemed happier than ever - after all, this is an unprecedented achievement in Europe's major leagues - but the shadow of Robert Lewandowski's possible departure has clouded the celebration a bit.
At the post-match press conference, the Polish striker was asked about his future and said: "There will be meetings soon, but nothing special has happened yet. I am aware of what is happening and the situation is not easy for me."
The 33-year-old Lewandowski has of course referred to the meetings of the Barcelona leaders with his agents, as the Catalans do not hide their desire to strengthen the offensive edge ahead of next season with the undisputed Bundesliga top scorer.
Reports of a summary between the parties for three years have already been published and received a dismissive response, but Barcelona president Juan Laporta is optimistic that the move will indeed be completed.
Alongside this, Bayern heads are also expected to sit down with Lewandowski in an attempt to sign him to a new contract and keep him at the club until the end of his career.
