The end of a brilliant final phase: Benedict Geuenich made it 3-1, the SEF got another three after four games without a win against TSV Ampfing.

Landesliga: SE Freising still wins against TSV Ampfing thanks to three goals in five minutes.

– After four games without a win, the SE Freising footballers deservedly won 3-1 (0-1) against TSV Ampfing on Friday evening.

Coach Alex Plabst had to do without Flo Bittner, Osaro Aiteniora (both muscular problems) and Domagoij Tiric (knee) for a short time.

The result: Plabst switched to a 3-4-2-1 that was hardly played this year.

And yet the Lerchenfelder took the reins against the guest from the Inn Valley, who were threatened with relegation.

"That was very neat," praised Plabst afterwards.

What was still missing were the final passes to the top, in the famous last third the yellow-blacks still played it too erratically.

The only chance worth mentioning was a poorly placed header from Sebastian Thalhammer right into the arms of guest keeper Domen Bozjak (7th).

It was finally due to carelessness

that the Domstadters were chasing a deficit.

An Ampfinger free-kick from 20 meters first hit the post, and everyone in yellow jerseys watched the rebound, allowing Anel Salibasic to take it easy (13').

"That was a pity, unfortunately you only saw players in white jerseys playing here," complained Plabst.

Sometimes a powerful shot by captain Flo Schmuckermeier was too half-hearted (49'), then youngster Luka Brudtloff was unlucky that his shot only hit the inside post, then rolled on the goal line and was cleared by an Ampfinger player (61'). .

A little later, the guests were just able to block a double-shot chance from Thalhammer (64th).

So the fourth defeat in a row for the SEF?

Not this time, because Lerchenfelder finally rewarded themselves for their courageous performance.

Finally, Robert Rohrhirsch became the can opener for the three goals in five minutes gala.

Ampfing didn't manage to clear the ball in the penalty area, Rohrhirsch reacted the quickest and shot to equalize (80').

The Freisingers got a little support from the guests a little later: Daniel Zanker could only be stopped with a foul in the penalty area, the due penalty converted Rohrhirsch (84th).
