Toni Kroos hands out against HSV – Walter's team gives the right answer

Toni Kroos has struck again.

The ex-national player teases against HSV.

But the Real Madrid star reckoned without HSV.

Hamburg/Madrid – Whoever has the damage does not need to worry about the ridicule – so goes the good, old, well-known proverb.

In Hamburg they can sing a song about it.

To be more precise: at Hamburger SV.

The club from the Hanseatic city of Hamburg likes to be a target when things aren't going well for the Rothosen.

HSV is even one of the least popular clubs on Twitter.

Even top soccer stars don't stop at pulling HSV through the proverbial cocoa or verbally giving it a shout-out.

In particular Toni Kroos not.

The midfield director, who used to play in the German national team and is now only concentrating on his role at top club Real Madrid in Spain's first division - not forgetting the games in the Champions League, of course - has HSV on his back again and again .

This time, however, the shot backfires.

Toni Kroos did the math almost without HSV.

Toni Kroos teased HSV for the first time last year and didn't keep his opinion to himself, instead he shot at HSV and made him the target of his criticism.

The ex-national player used his own podcast "Einfach mal luppen", which he runs with his brother Felix Kroos.

That HSV gets rid of its fat is not new.

Again and again ex- and still active footballers attack the club.

Starting with outbursts of anger from ex-Werder Bremen keeper Tim Wiese, who scolded HSV, to ex-HSV promotion hero Marcello Diaz, to ex-goalkeeper Frank Rost, who was literally stuck on HSV.

Ex-HSV professional Martin Harnik, who bickered with HSV trainer Tim Walter in front of the TV cameras, and ex-HSV trainer and player Felix Magath, who repeatedly took HSV in front of the gun.

Even Aaron Hunt, who is about to make a HSV comeback in the summer, has already been critical of his former club and did not mince his words in his verbal attack on HSV.

Toni Kroos is not only represented once in this list, but rather a repeat offender.

And just like the cat in the corresponding saying does not let the mouse move, Toni Kroos apparently cannot without attacking HSV.

After the former national player recently described HSV as "not ready for the top league", he is now taking another step.

And again, Toni Kroos uses his own podcast as a stage to express his opinion of HSV coach Tim Walter's team.

And that was before the performance against Regensburg, which gave HSV new euphoria for promotion and made ex-HSV captain Gotiko Sakai very optimistic about promotion.
