Koundé still wants to leave Sevilla
Chelsea had tried until the last day of the summer transfer window to attract Jules Koundé, so dear (literally and figuratively) in the eyes of Sevilla FC.
The rumor returned this winter and is not about to die out.
The
Daily Mail
tells us that the French international defender (23) is still "
determined
to leave Sevilla, and that he informed the Andalusian club.
If Sevilla, 3rd in La Liga, completes a nice season, Koundé would be tempted by the Chelsea project, claiming the title in the Premier League and the Champions League.
Sevilla would again have to claim €80m, the amount of his release clause, to let him go.
The Blues have an absolute need in defense with the official departure of Antonio Rüdiger this summer, while Andreas Christensen and César Azpilicueta have still not extended.

Isco (Real Madrid) announced at Betis
According to the Madrid daily
AS
, attacking midfielder Isco, undesirable and out of contract at Real Madrid, is "
close to an agreement
" to join Real Betis this summer.
The Sevillian club have reportedly agreed to offer him a contract for two seasons plus one as an option, with an annual salary of around €10 million.
A record amount in the history of Betis, current 5th in La Liga and winner of the King's Cup last weekend.
How to finance it?
