Tonight (Tuesday), Maccabi Tel Aviv hosts Real Madrid for game number three in the Euroleague quarterfinal series.
Avi Even's team hopes to come back to life after two losses in the series and shrink to 2: 1.
As you may recall, the Israeli champions lost both games last week in Madrid, and are now one loss away from relegation and the end of the 2021/22 Euroleague season.
The guest's Argentine forward, Gabriel Dek, who was initially skeptical about joining the trip to Israel - eventually joined his friends and is at the disposal of Pablo Lasso.
In addition, Jeffrey Taylor, who has been marked by Lasso as the primary weapon when it comes to defending Scotty Wilbkin, may get his first minutes in the series in tonight’s game.
Real managed to play in the Spanish league last Sunday and defeated Betis, while Maccabi Tel Aviv did not play in the local framework.
