Misha Zilberman in the eighth finals of the European Badminton Championships

Olympic badminton player Misha Zilberman, advanced today (Tuesday) to the eighth finals of the European Championship held in Madrid, Spain.
The 33-year-old Zilberman, who has represented Israel in all three of the last Olympics, and is ranked 48th in the world, met in the second round the Icelandic Carrie Garson (175th in the world) and defeated him 20:22, 16:21 in a game that lasted 34 minutes.
