Although in Israel almost all corona restrictions have been dropped, in Europe it is still felt well, so like any competition in the last two years, the team will land and perform a corona test to enter the competition bubble where it will stay until the end of the championship.

Among the members of the delegation is a bronze medalist from the team competition at the Tokyo Olympics, and the European Champion for 2020, Peter Placzyk, who will compete in the 100 kg weight class, while Sagi Muki, the 2019 world champion, will participate in the weight class up to 81 kg.

Weighing up to 66 kg, Baruch Shmailov and Tal Flicker, who are launching another campaign and will fight for the individual ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics, will also take part.

In addition, the youngsters will take part Matan Kokoliev and Yam Volczak (up to 60 kg), Ido Levin a bronze medalist this year at the European Cup in Prague who finished Thursday at the Grand Slam Antalya last week, who will also compete in 73 kg and Roy Sivan (up to 90 kg "third). 

In the women, weighing up to 48kg, initial singing that finished fifth in the individual event at the Tokyo Olympics will attempt to make it to the podium in the continental competition for the first time.  

Timna Nelson Levy, a member of the historic group bronze team, will compete in the weight up to 57 kg, while the young Geffen Primo and Gili Sharir will go up to the mat weighing up to 63 kg.

Maya Goshen (up to 70 kg) will make her debut at the European Senior Championships. The delegation will be joined by Inbar Lanir (up to 78 kg) silver medalist from Grand Slam Baku, and Raz Hershko (over 78 kg) runner-up Grand Slam Antalya this year .
