Champions League: Gigantic seven-goal party!

Man City and Real Madrid fight crazy battle

90th + 4 minutes: Off!

End!

Past!

Manchester City beat Real Madrid 4-3 in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

90. + 1 minute:

Oops, what's going on there?!

A streaker is on the field, but this one is very young.

The TV cameras only show him very briefly.

The game is on again.

90 minutes:

There are three extra minutes!

Another goal?

88 minutes:

Only two minutes left in this incredible game.

Too bad actually.

But maybe there's still a few minutes more.

Seven hits party - and it's not over yet

82 minutes: GOOOOOOOOOOR!

Crazy!

Benzema takes the ball, although he missed two penalties last time in the league - and easily chips the ball into the middle of the goal with a Panenka penalty.

4:3!

Incomprehensible!

81 minutes:

Penalty for Real Madrid!

Laporte gets the ball in the penalty area.

No intention, but clear thing.

78 minutes:

Before the goal, it looked like Real Madrid were not unhappy with the result.

But now things look different again.

Modric tries from a distance, but puts the ball just wide of the post with his left.

What else is up for the royals?

74 minutes: GOOOOOOOOR!

Dream goal Bernardo Silva!

Something was still missing.

Kroos clears Zinchecno, the referee already has the whistle in his mouth.

But Bernardo Silva has the ball in the penalty area, turns and shoots the ball right into the crease from an impossible angle!

Crazy goal!

65 minutes:

Now the game breathes a little.

Maybe to start the big final offensive right away?

We wouldn't complain about that.

ManCity against Real Madrid now in the live ticker: five goals!

Intoxicating kick in Manchester

55 minutes: GOOOOOOR!

WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?

First Fernandinho is the hero, then he falls asleep.

Vinicius Junior is through on the left after a positional error by the City defender, nobody can stop him and with a bit of luck the Brazilian puts the ball in the City box to make it 3:2.

Crazy party!

53 minutes: GOOOOOOOR!

Now it's ringing!

Fernandinho fights the ball down the right wing, the Brazilian immediately picks up the pace and then chips wonderfully into the middle.

There Foden is bell-free and heads in to make it 3-1.

48 minutes:

It just keeps going!

Mahrez is suddenly free, marches towards Courtois, but puts the ball on the post.

From there she falls at Foden's feet, but he shoots Militao on the line.

What a start!

46 minutes:

It continues in Manchester!

There was a change, David Alaba remains in the dressing room.

Nacho Fernandez comes on for him.

+++ Half-time conclusion: Eventful and memorable first half between ManCity and Real Madrid.

Los Blancos didn't hear the shot early on and were 2-0 down early on before - of course - Benzema brought Madrid back into the game out of nowhere.

We can look forward to an exciting and spectacular second round.

45. + 1 minute:

Halftime in Manchester!

39 minutes:

A really, really good football game in Manchester.

City is clearly more dangerous and actually has to lead much higher here - but Real actually scores with the very first chance through Benzema to connect.

So the game at Etihad Stadium is completely open again.

ManCity against Real Madrid now in the live ticker: three-goal madness!

Crazy kick in Manchester

33 minutes: GOOOOOOOR!

INCOMPREHENSIBLE!

THIS GUY IS AMAZING!

City actually have to lead 4-0 here, then a not even good cross comes from Real Madrid's left half-field - and in the middle Benzema completes in an inimitable manner to 2-1!

Crazy!

Real is back in the game.

29 minutes:

Actually, it should be 3-0 here now!

Again De Bruyne, who plays an outstanding through ball to Foden, but the youngster puts the ball just wide of the Real box from the left.

There's a lot going on here!

25 minutes:

Out of nowhere almost the goal!

Ederson puts Ruben Dias under pressure with a pass that was too short, Vinicius Junior deflects the ball, Courtois just watches - but the ball rolls against the post and not over the line.

But it would also have been offside.

At the other end, Mahrez has the 3-0 on his feet, but the winger sends the ball to the side netting.

Guardiola is furious because he overlooked the better positioned teammate in the center.

22nd minute:

City pulls back a bit and lets Real have the ball. But that is deceptive, because the Pep-Elf's quick changeover game means that they are still extremely dangerous.

This will be a real board for Los Blancos in the next hour...

16 minutes:

Real Madrid is completely off the mark here.

The royals have no access to the game at all, the distances are too big.

So of course City has easy game.

11th minute: GOOOOOOR!

Man City follows up!

De Bruyne crosses from the left into the centre, where Alaba and Gabriel Jesus both go for the ball.

The ball falls right in front of the City attacker's feet and he beats Courtois from six meters - 2-0!

5 minutes:

Crazy start in Manchester.

With the very first attack, City takes a 1-0 lead here.

This means that Real Madrid's match plan has been completely overturned for the time being.

ManCity against Real Madrid now in the live ticker: kick-off!

Goal!

Crazy start in Manchester

2nd minute: GOOOOOOOR!

Lightning start in Manchester, City leads 1-0!

Mahrez breaks through nicely on the right, moves into the middle and delivers a cross with a train to the goal, De Bruyne runs in nicely and nods in for an early lead.

ManCity against Real Madrid today in the live ticker: Benzema and the advantage against Lewandowski

First report:

Munich – Without FC Bayern, the Champions League turns into the home straight.

The semifinals are coming up!

In the first semi-final, Manchester City awaits the royal team from Real Madrid.

At the Etihad Stadium, the Skyblues want to lay the foundation for reaching the final.

But does it work?

With Karim Benzema, Real currently has the world's best striker in its ranks.

The FCB fans probably won't like to hear that, but it was the Frenchman who actually single-handedly shot the royal team into the semi-finals.

Against PSG in the round of 16 and then against defending champions Chelsea, Benzema was the towering player.

And Robert Lewandowski?

He could not lead his Bayern to the last four - and therefore failed to provide proof.

In addition, the Pole is more in the media at the moment because there is speculation about a premature departure of the world footballer from Säbener Straße.

As is well known, his contract expires in 2023.

Ancelotti wants to “fight for the title” with Real

Maybe there will be a duel between Benzema and Lewandowski in La Liga next season.

Lewy is traded as a newcomer to FC Barcelona.

So far these are all just rumours.
