In the United States they were already preparing for another Sixers losing streak, preparing the ground for another loss of Doc Rivers' historic advantage and another disappointment from James Harden, but instead received an impressive show of strength that inspires renewed hope for the Eastern Semifinals against Miami.

In the first half it still seemed relatively balanced, and an impressive shooting display by the Raptors kept them in things and helped them go down to the break at just minus a point.
But the second half was a completely different story, and a 6:24 run at the start of the day overtook Toronto and actually closed out an interest.
Joel Ambide, James Harden and Tyrese Maxi did their best, making sure their statement game ended in a resounding defeat.
Ambide was above them all with 33 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks, Maxi finished with 25 alongside 8 assists, and Harden who displayed improved ability after two weak games, had 22, 15 assists and 6 rebounds.
The Raptors were led by Chris Bushay (25 and 10 rebounds) and Pascal Siakam (24, 7 rebounds and 7 assists).
Gary Trent Jr. added 19.
