Good news for Bruno Rodriguez.

The former PSG player took his first steps with his new temporary prosthesis, less than two months after having his right leg amputated in early March.

His former Parisian teammate Jimmy Algerino posted a video of the cute moment on social media, where Bruno Rodriguez is seen walking and giving the camera a thumbs-up.

He is helped by his arms supported on two parallel bars.

The former PSG full-back knew Bruno Rodriguez in the youth categories at AS Monaco, before finding him again during his time at PSG in 1999. The striker revealed to FC Metz only spent one season in the capital but left an unforgettable memory to the supporters, in particular thanks to his decisive goal during a victory against OM (2-1) in 1999.

Despite numerous operations, Bruno Rodriguez had suffered for more than five years from severe pain in his right leg linked to the infiltrations received during his career to calm sprained ankles.

He had even suffered from a benign tumor in his right ankle.

Amputation had become his only solution.
