The Ineos group confirms that it has made an offer for the acquisition of the Chelsea club.

”, writes Jim Ratcliffe in this press release.

I live near Nice and I remain totally immersed and committed to the success of the club.
And I am delighted that, under the leadership of Christophe (Galtier, his trainer), we have reached the Cup final.

,” added the British businessman.

We brought Christophe to OGC Nice to win and this objective has not changed.

Besides Nice, Ineos also owns the Ineos-Grenadiers cycling team.
On Friday, the group announced that it had made an offer of 4.25 billion pounds (5 billion euros) for the acquisition of Chelsea.
The prestigious London club was put up for sale on March 2 by its Russian owner Roman Abramovich, targeted by sanctions after the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian army.
