Until the 81st minute he lacked the final luck - then Marcel Bär shot his way to first place in the top scorer list with two goals.

Mölders says hello.

Sascha Mölders wore the TSV 1860 jersey for the last time in the 2:5 win against Magdeburg at the end of the first half of the season.

Newcomer Marcel Bär, his designated successor, scored two goals as a backup striker - and only very few could have imagined that the lions would still have a say in the awarding of the top scorer cannon.

Bär takes off: 2 goals until November, since then 17 in 21 games

With a brace against Havelse, the ex-Brunswick player Baris Atik has overtaken Magdeburg in the third division shooting list from the champion and next opponent.

Bär is now at 19 goals and has a chuckle when he thinks back to his beginnings in 1860.

"I had two goals after 13 games," Bär remembers and can hardly believe that in the 21 games that followed, 17 (!) goals were added.

Does he even crack the 22 mark with which his predecessor Mölders secured the cannon last year?

Bär dismisses it: "It's not so important to me to overtake him.

The man did great things for 1860, is an absolute legend here.

But staying first is important to me.”

Havelses Fynn Lakenmacher auditions – will he soon storm next to Bär?

Coach Michael Köllner reported that he deliberately tailored the game to Bär after the Mölders exit.

But that doesn't necessarily mean that the lions are backing a solo striker in the 4-1-4-1 system in the new season.

A possible bear partner auditioned in Giesing on Saturday: Havelse talent Fynn Lakenmacher, 21;

visually a Linsbichler, but a little more developed than the Austrian (five goals this season).

As our newspaper learned, the 21-year-old has canceled Saarbrücken – to storm for 1860 from summer?
