Real Madrid are through to the Champions League final after two memorable semi-finals.

The international press comments on the madness against Manchester City.

Madrid - The world has never seen such a semi-final!

Real Madrid and Manchester City fought the next epic giant duel in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

After the 4: 3 madness in the first leg in Manchester, the two top teams now went one better.

City led 1-0 until the final minute and was in the final with one and a half legs.

But then came Real's noble joker Rodrygo: In less than two minutes he turned the game around with two goals, so the royals forced extra time in injury time.

And there it wasn't long before Karim Benzema, the eternal Karim Benzema, made his mark once again in a crucial Champions League game.

After 95 minutes he was fouled from the penalty spot and he converted the penalty himself to make it 3-1.

Real was finally ahead after the 3:4 defeat in the first leg, the narrow lead brought the team of coach Carlo Ancelotti to the finish line.

Emotions ran high in Madrid after Benzema scored 3-1.

After these two rollercoaster rides, Real Madrid is now in the final, while Manchester City is once again desperate for the Henkelpott project.

On May 28th, Blancos will face Liverpool FC, but the two semifinals against Citizens will - that's for sure - be talked about for years to come.
