FC Bayern has probably sealed the first transfer for next summer.

Noussair Mazraoui is apparently moving to Munich.

Munich – FC Bayern Munich announced good news on Tuesday.

The record champions announced the extension of the contract with club icon Thomas Müller until 2024, and now the first transfer should be dry.

Lange was first about Bayern's interest in the Ajax professional

Noussair Mazraoui and finally reported on the internal settlement.

Now the Moroccan has reportedly passed the medical checkup with his new employer.

FC Bayern: New right-back is coming in the summer – Bouna Sarr will probably have to give way

The right-back position was one of the places where Bayern officials wanted to add more staff.

Behind Benjamin Pavard, Julian Nagelsmann had no equivalent backup players with homegrown Josip Stanisic and Bouna Sarr.

While Stanisic has often proved an adequate replacement, Sarr never prevailed and could leave the club for abroad this summer.

Mazraoui's signing is intended to strengthen the right-back, and there is also internal discussion about a future move from Pavard to central defence.

In this case, Mazraoui could start his first season as a regular, and the twelve-time Moroccan international was always set at Ajax Amsterdam.

FC Bayern: Mazraoui completes a medical check and moves to Munich in the summer

Overall, the native Dutchman, who has been playing for the traditional club since he was eight, appeared in 135 competitive games for Ajax and is now facing his third championship.

But the 24-year-old also gained a lot of experience internationally, which should help him settle in in Munich.

He was used 37 times in the Champions League and in qualifying for the premier class.

Mazraoui was also there when Ajax advanced to the semi-finals against Tottenham in 2019 and narrowly missed out on the final.

reports, the transfer should now be complete, and Mazraoui is said to have recently completed the medical checks.

From Bayern's point of view, the best thing about the full-back's transfer is the fact that he didn't have to be bought out of his contract.

He will also be in the middle of the salary structure at FC Bayern, the report mentions an annual salary of eight million euros.

Many other clubs were apparently interested in the Ajax winger, but Hasan Salihamidzic did the best convincing.

Now the newcomer only has to be officially presented.

His team-mate Ryan Gravenberch is also said to be on the verge of a transfer to FCB, but he recently got injured.
