Noble Omer spits angrily on the Maccabi Haifa bench in the game against Hapoel Beer Sheva (Sport1)
A disciplinary incident took place tonight (Saturday) in a Maccabi Haifa game against Hapoel Beer Sheva in Turner.
Noble Oum was replaced three minutes after Muhammad Abu Fani was sent off and went down to the bench in frustration.
The champion's outstanding midfielder apparently received curses and comments from Hapoel Beer Sheva fans - and was unable to contain himself.
Noble uttered a few words of his own and later added a spitting motion, before sitting down next to the other bench players who tried to calm him down.
In Haifa, of course, they will hope that this will not lead to a suspension, ahead of the game against Maccabi Tel Aviv and the cup final against Hapoel Beer Sheva.
