Bundesliga: RB Leipzig ousts Freiburg from fourth place in the Champions League

An easy win against Augsburg puts RB Leipzig on course for the Champions League: Coach Domenico Tedesco's team has overtaken Freiburg. Christopher Nkunku managed a brace.

RB Leipzig secured an unchallenged victory on the penultimate day of the Bundesliga soccer game.

Coach Domenico Tedesco's team won 4-0 (1-0) against FC Augsburg.

Leipzig overtook SC Freiburg in the table and is fourth with a two-point lead, and also has the significantly better goal difference.

Next week Leipzig plays Bielefeld, Freiburg has to go to Leverkusen.

André Silva (40th minute), Christopher Nkunku (48th, 57th) and Emil Forsberg (65th) provided the Leipzig goals with a converted penalty kick.
