Transfer at FC Bayern: Munich bring Italian youth striker
As the German record champions announced on Wednesday (May 11), the Italian U17 national player Manuel Pisano will move from Juventus Turin's youth team to the campus in the north of the Isar metropolis in the summer.
"A new number 9 in town," Bayern wrote on Twitter about the 16-year-old.
The 1.87 meter tall center forward was born in Turin and has played for the Bianconeri youth team for the past three years.

"We have observed Manuel closely over a long period of time and are delighted to have signed a very promising striker from Italian youth football for our academy," said Jochen Sauer, head of the FC Bayern campus, on the club's website: "We are convinced that he will reach his full sporting potential here.”
Holger Seitz, sporting director at the FC Bayern campus, said in the same statement: "Manuel has already proven the qualities he has at his young age in Italy.
With his physique and his callousness in front of goal, he has all the skills that characterize a successful centre-forward.
We are pleased that he has decided to take his next steps at FC Bayern and are very excited about his further development."

Is Pisano now following the same path as Jamal Musiala (19 years old) once did?
In July 2019, Bayern brought the native of Swabia to their U17s from Chelsea’s youth team.
Musiala was also 16 years young at the time.
According to the specialist portal

Musiala played for the U17s, U19s and FC Bayern II before making his breakthrough as a teenager under former coach Hansi Flick.
Pisano, meanwhile, has scored one goal for Italy in seven U16 internationals.
Also on Wednesday, Munich confirmed the commitment of Noussair Mazraoui from Ajax Amsterdam, according to sports director Hasan Salihamidzic, only the last details have to be clarified.
