The Penzberger U13 has done it again

The Penzberg U13 volleyball players have again won a championship title.
In the final it was again against Dachau II, and again it was a tie-break.
Penzberg – After winning the tournament at the Upper Bavarian Championship, the U13 volleyball players from TSV Penzberg have now also triumphed in the next round.
In the southern Bavarian title fights in Grafing (district of Ebersberg), coach Sebastian Birck's protégés prevailed against a total of 16 teams.
Next weekend, Emil Künzer, Maximilian Reisnecker and Jordi Spohr will compete in the Bavarian championship in Schwaig near Nuremberg.
On the first day of the "Südbayerische" the preliminary round was on the program.
In their group, the Penzbergers first defeated TSV Haunstetten (25:15, 25:12) and MTV Pfaffenhofen (25:16, 25:9), each with 2:0 sets.
In the third game, against ASV Dachau, it was about winning the group and thus going directly into the quarter-finals.
In a hard-fought game, the Penzbergers won 2-1 (25-23, 23-25, 15-9).

In the quarterfinals Künzer, Reisnecker and Spohr met TSV Grafing.
The host team, second in their group, was cheered on by numerous local fans - not an easy task for the Penzbergers.
Penzberg still won the first set with 25:18.
In the second set, the Grafingers had the better end with 25:20.
The tie-break had to decide, there Penzberg prevailed after an exciting run with 16:14.
In the semi-finals, the Birck team had to deal with TSV Starnberg - with a 2:0 (25:20, 25:18) they reached the final.

In the final there was a new edition of the duel for the Oberbayern title.
Again, the Penzberger had the ASV Dachau II to the opponent, and like five weeks before the tie break had to decide.
Penzberg won the first set (26:24), Dachau II won the second set (25:20).
In the third round, the TSV players had the upper hand with 15:10.
