The Martial Arts Federation discussed with the higher main committees of the approved and technical sub-games in the governorates today its work plan during the coming period and ways to improve reality for the better.
The interventions focused on the need to publish games, develop technical work, and provide everything necessary to achieve a qualitative leap for combat games and achieve new fingerprints to be added to the record of Syrian sports achievements.
In a statement to SANA, the head of the Martial Arts Federation, Adnan Al-Masry, confirmed that the combat games have entered a new stage of advancement and development according to a new system and mechanism aimed at adapting the reality to achieving achievements at all levels, pointing out that the federation has adopted advanced technical, administrative and financial plans through training, administrative and arbitration courses. which he maintains for his staff.
Al-Masry pointed to the need to work in accordance with the institutional framework and cooperation between the federation, the higher and technical subcommittees and the clubs by developing the work of the committees in the governorates and increasing the clubs’ interest in the players and keeping them in full readiness by setting up internal camps and holding championships for governorate clubs before the start of the republic’s championships.
In turn, the Vice-President of the Federation, Ziad Ibrahim, pointed to the need to develop modern training curricula and organize courses in the field of arbitration, training and management by the games' higher main committees in order to achieve a qualitative leap in the field of cadres qualification, which is reflected positively on the technical reality of all practiced games.
In turn, the Secretary of the Federation, Zuhair Al-Hallaq, stressed the need to communicate exclusively with regard to external correspondence through the Federation, in addition to adhering to the administrative hierarchy with regard to internal correspondence and organizing all activities of the Federation in accordance with the financial regulations approved and established by the General Sports Federation.
