TSV Eching is pushing ahead with squad planning for the district football league and presenting the first newcomers.
But the departures weigh heavily.
Eching
– There is no good time for failure.
A relegation for the 75th club anniversary was definitely not what the footballers of TSV Eching had imagined.
But for a week and a half it has been clear that the zebras will have to compete again in the district league (then A class) next season after 45 years.
On their farewell tour in the district league north, which will last two more games, Echinger will welcome SV Dornach on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.
Meanwhile, the plans for the new beginning in the coming season are running in the background.
The most notable newcomer is an old acquaintance
The TSV trainer duo Alexander Günther and Stefan Karl remain on board, this has been known for some time.
There are changes in the squad.
The most notable newcomer is an old acquaintance: Marco Doms.
The 27-year-old midfielder went through all the youth teams of the TSV from the F youth and made it into the national league squad.
In 2018 he switched to FC Neufahrn and has been training in Eching since the winter break.
"He's eligible to play with immediate effect and will be in the squad against Dornach," says Coach Günther.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
The 23-year-old Christopher Trautmann has experience in the district league.
The attacking midfielder comes from TSV Allershausen.
Also new are the young goalkeeper Daniel Hanrieder (18) and the even younger central defender Finn Labedzki (17).
"Finn trained with us and does his job very well," says Günther, while the Echinger Hanrieder is "more than a perspective player" for the TSV coach after years in the SpVgg Landshut youth academy.
This also applies to Thomas Asvestas.
The 18-year-old homegrown made it into the district league squad in the second half of the season and has already scored two goals.
In the new season, he could play a bigger role in attacking midfield.
Luka Topic and Tim Rebenschütz are leaving TSV Eching
However, there are also some departures – and they weigh heavily.
Luka Topic moves to SVN Munich in the district league south.
The Neuperlachers can look forward to a large central defender who is strong in the air.
TSV homegrown Tim Rebenschütz moves to Otterfing and can no longer manage the 55-kilometer journey.
In the future he will lace up the shoes for the state league club TSV Brunnthal.
And Alexander Sokolis is expected to go abroad to study.
"The plans are not yet complete.
We're looking for a striker too.
But it's not easy," says Günther.
The Echinger still have to do something, because the resurgence is not a sure-fire success.
