German Alexander Zverev qualified for the semi-finals of the Rome Masters Tennis Championships.
Zverev qualified after beating Chilean Christian Garin, 7-5, 6-2, by two sets, 6-2 in a match that lasted one hour and 51 minutes.
Zverev will face the second candidate for the title in the semi-finals, the winner of the expected confrontation between Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas and Italian Yannick Sener.
