After 271 appearances in all competitions, Nir Bitton wore his Celtic uniform for the last time today (Saturday).
The 30-year-old midfielder came on as a substitute in the closing minutes at 0-6 over Motherwell in the final round in Scotland and won applause from the tens of thousands at Celtic Park.
At the end of the game Bitton stood alongside captain Callum McGregor as it lifted the championship trophy and during the celebrations said: "It's amazing. When I signed here I knew the expectations were high - to win titles and play in the Champions League, I'm happy to finish with this championship."

Bitton has signed nine seasons at Celtic with eight championships.
Today he added: "I won a lot of titles, I had ups and downs, injuries ... but the essence of this club is to win. I knew how important it was for the fans to bring the championship home and I'm glad we did it for them."
The Israeli was asked to recall one of the great Celtic periods and replied: "I have so much. I will never forget the debut, winning the treble of course ... and also to end like this, with a championship. I have no words."
