After the cancellation of tonight's game at the Moshava Stadium between Bnei Sakhnin and Maccabi Haifa, the team's management from the sector is reacting to the events for the first time.
Bnei Sakhnin said: "The pile of difficulties for the game began last Wednesday, with the police's decision to pile demands for approval of the game in Doha, such as shuttles for transporting Maccabi Haifa fans, limiting tickets and bringing 150 security guards. Each fan should come and watch and encourage his team from both audiences.
With the closing of the agreement with those in charge of the colony, a problem of locating security guards began to float due to the events in Meron, although the police demanded the recruitment of 180 security
guards.
Two hours before the start of the game, the Israel Police decided to close the colony, it is very unfortunate that only when the people of Sakhnin are in the picture all the routine and known difficulties among all teams and stadiums, get a huge volume, insensitivity and empty basket to find solutions.
We are of the whole opinion that the game could have been held with the conditions that were provided.
It is incumbent on all of us as athletes to take care of all faith, to maintain the sporting value and bring it to the grass, while neutralizing all the logistics around.
From here we appeal to the champion Maccabi Haifa to be with us in favor of maintaining the sports values on the lawn.
