On the way to the quarter-finals of the Ice Hockey World Championship, the German selection is aiming for the second win in the third preliminary round game.
A defeat would be a setback.
Helsinki – Germany's national ice hockey team should win their second preliminary round against France.
The 2021 World Cup fourth will go into play on Monday (7:20 p.m. / Sport1 and MagentaSport) as the clear favorite.

"The game isn't as easy as you think," said Berlin striker Marcel Noebels: "One mustn't forget that this is a nation that doesn't have much to lose.
If you can play freely, it often makes it easier.”
The initial situation:
