There is a change at the top of the football department of TSV Isen.

Isen – The previous Kicker boss Manfred Grosse did not stand in the elections and moved to the second rank.

His successor is Oliver Schmid.

And there were other changes.

Around 50 members came to the footballers' annual general meeting, which focused on the new elections, which were carried out by TSV office manager Florian Geiger.

Before that, youth leader Bernd Eiglsperger looked back on the six years that had been head of the department, presented ups and downs, successes and goals. He also explained that it was time for a change at the head of the department, which would change in the future spread out.

Both Grosse and he would voluntarily take a step aside after these six years in order to enable new ideas, new structures and positive further development with a new management.

After he had gone into the current table situation of the men's soccer players, Eiglsperger emphasized the positive development in the children's and youth area.

The Funino concept was particularly popular with the Bambini and F-Juniors.

With Michael Gersbach, TSV Isen has a very committed small field coordinator, who initiated the Funino tournament concept, which will soon be introduced nationwide by the Bavarian Football Association up to the E-Juniors, last year in the Erding district and already in the second year established.

The fixed place of footballers in the community as a social factor, the participation in public events and the positive perception by the many active people - 180 children and young people alone - and passive people make Eiglsperger positive that the football department will continue to be a mainstay in the entire club in the future will.

The report ended with a thank you to all the helpers and a farewell gift for the big ones.

Of course, the pandemic also had an impact on the department's financial situation, said Martin Kühnl in his cash report.

Overall, however, it has remained very stable.

Above all, the number of members has increased in the last two years, contrary to the general trend, which is primarily due to the children and youth footballers.

Schmid also presented the new structure of the department, which will in future include assessors and representatives from different areas of football.

One of the short-term goals is to establish a dedicated girls soccer team.

The first steps have already been taken, and girls who are enthusiastic about football can still get in touch at any time.

In the presence of Mayor Irmgard Hibler and TSV chairman Lutz Seeger, a number of long-standing members were finally honored.
