Just five days before the final round of the Premier League, Liverpool are currently hosted by Southampton (live in Sport1) for a game in which a loss means Manchester City will officially win the championship.

Despite stumbling against West Ham on Sunday, Manchester City still lead the table by four points, so a loss by the Reds will crown them champions tonight, while a points division in the south of England will practically close out the race.

If Liverpool win, of course the decision will move to the final round of the season on Sunday.
