The youth department of Maccabi Haifa is changing its face for the next season.
Following the appointment of Ofer Fabian to the position of professional manager, a new coach was also appointed.
Masai Dego signed a two-year contract and will replace Alon Harazi, who was on the lines temporarily after Bnei Lam left for Maccabi Netanya.
"I'm very happy about the signing of Masai Dego," Fabian told the club's website: "I'm sure we will work in full cooperation and break up with each other. "Masai, is an important step on the way to achieving our goals. I wish him success."
Masai Dego added: "It is a great honor for me to join a big club like Maccabi Haifa. I am going to work hard and regain the club's trust in me. The goal is to develop as many players as possible for the senior team and to succeed together with everyone."
The new CEO, Itzik Ovda, said: "I find it a pleasant duty to thank Alon Harazi for joining the youth team, Alon responded to my request to replace Bnei Lem until the end of the season and for that I am grateful. "On this occasion, I would like to wish Ofer and Masai success in their role."
