A large group of Eintracht Frankfurt fans and a smaller group of Glasgow Rangers fans staged a pitched battle this Wednesday around the Puerta de la Carne, in the historic round of Seville.
Several hundred German fans were on their way to the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán stadium, where the German and Scottish teams are playing the Europa League final tonight, when they came across a group of rival fans who were on several nearby terraces.

Around 18.00 a fight started.
A National Police patrol car was left in the middle of it, unable to do anything while Germans and Scots hit each other and threw chairs and glasses at each other.
Some fans were hit hard and one of them, a Scotsman, collapsed to the ground.
The police have not reported any new arrests, in addition to the five that occurred on Tuesday night (five German fans).

The afternoon is being chaotic in Seville, with many traffic problems and thousands of fans of both teams, especially Scots, wandering the streets very affected by alcohol intake.
Thousands of Scottish fans have left the city center, specifically the Alameda, towards the La Cartuja stadium, where they are about to watch the final on a giant screen.
The mass of people has occupied the streets cutting off traffic and causing chaos.
"La Alameda looks like a war zone," several residents of the area have denounced.
At the Macarena Hospital, for example, a good number of fans are arriving with blows and many alcohol intoxications.
At the conclusion of the match, those thousands of fans now displaced to La Cartuja will return to the center of the city.
