Maccabi Tel Aviv fans arrived at the stadium tonight (Wednesday) in anticipation of celebrating the completion of a sweep in the derby and advancing to the playoff semifinals, but Hapoel Tel Aviv had other plans.
Despite a 2-0 deficit, a loss from James Young and a neck injury from Jacoben Brown who was rushed to hospital in the half, the Reds stunned with an impressive 75:93 victory starring Bar Timor and shrank to 2-1 in the series.
The fourth game will be played at Drive-In on Sunday (21:00).
At the end of the game, there was a commotion on the floor and outside, including the participation of Hapoel Tel Aviv chairman Rami Cohen and some Maccabi Tel Aviv fans.

said at the end: "In the first two games we did not get in the small things, we were not aggressive enough, we lost rebounds, it does not fit into a series like this. Today we proved something to ourselves first. I'm glad we're back in drive in. "We came in bad and aggressive. We had conversations that it could not end like this and I'm glad that's what came out in the end. There is a yes situation that this is the best game of my career."

: "I hope he's fine and comes back to us healthy. It was clear to me that I would have to take it upon myself because we no longer have a man."
Ahead of Game 4: "We need to come in the same approach as today. Danny Franco made me believe. Yesterday he took me for a pre-practice conversation, we started to disperse and he focused me on the game, it's his first."
Coach Danny Franco concluded: "I talked before the game about the atmosphere, there was an atmosphere of a team that came here and won. We talked about the atmosphere at Drive-In in the previous game. "In the stands we will be safe and we will try on the field as well. We tried some tactical things that worked well for me. I am full of pride and I was sure I would be in tears too, maybe it will come later."
"Maybe we came into the game with too good a feeling."

Avi Even
, Maccabi Tel Aviv coach: "We came non-aggressive. We did not fight like we should have fought in game 3, we did not react to their aggressiveness and the gap only grew. Maybe we came with too good a feeling for this game, that this game is in our hands, we got kicked in the ass today. I do not feel that we were underestimated, there was no sense of underestimation. There are no easy games in these series and it does not matter if the opposing team comes with one foreigner or no foreigners. "We are now aiming to take a championship. We will learn what was here, we will come to the game on Sunday to win. We have three days to prepare and bring the players to the game in the best way."
