"There is no bad blood" at SC Olching - Coach Buch explains the departures

Anyone who suspects a rift between the players and the club management behind the numerous departures is wrong, as coach Martin Buch expressly emphasizes.

"It has absolutely nothing to do with the coach or the club."

Maximilian Lutter explains his departure from SC Olching.

This is also confirmed by Maximilian Lutter.

The 29-year-old has been a member of SC Olching since birth and is one of the heroes of the promotion to the regional league in 2016. The atmosphere in the team is good and the cohesion has been strengthened by numerous team-building measures, says Lutter.

“It has absolutely nothing to do with the coach or the club.

I

owe a lot to Martin

He managed to turn things around,” the 29-year-old praised the coach.

It is therefore difficult for everyone to leave SC Olching.

Some of the effort in the state league had become too great, others wanted to step down due to age, explains Buch.

Corona also left its mark on SC Olching.

The departures of Maximilian Lutter and Martin Held, both of whom are moving to TSV Geiselbullach as assistant coaches, were already certain in mid-March.

Youngster Marcel Sieghart is still aiming for a professional career and is switching to the regional league team TSV Rain/Lech.

The SC Olching is therefore facing a major upheaval.

For coach Martin Buch, however, no reason to disembark.

Only in November last year did he extend his contract with the SCO until 2024.

"I have a contract and am someone who keeps his word," Buch makes clear.

He wants to continue the philosophy of the club in the future.

In addition to some seasoned players, SC Olching wants to focus on young talents and develop them further.
