Munich/Helsinki – Germany vs. Denmark: At the 2022 Ice Hockey World Championships in Finland in Group A, it is the early preliminary decision about entering the quarter-finals of the World Championship.
After beating France 3-2, the DEB team has the best chance of reaching the round of eight after the German national team had previously defeated Slovakia, who took part in the Olympics, 2-1.
Before the duel with the Scandinavians, there is one question above all: Can top striker Tim Stützle play or not.
The only 20-year-old NHL professional had made a great impression at the Ice Hockey World Championships - after a very good season in the North American professional league.
In this, the young West German was the second-best scorer for the Ottawa Senators, with 22 goals and 36 assists, for a total of 58 points.

The two youngsters were eliminated with their clubs in the playoffs of the second-rate North American AHL and traveled to the national team in Finland.
But they can't play against the Danes yet.
