With its world record, Titmus is now the Olympic champion (2021), world champion in short pools (2018), world champion in 50-meter pool (2019), holds the world record in short pools (2018), and holds the world record in long distance (2022) in 400 freestyle for women, marking herself as the greatest 400 freestyle swimmer in history.
