AC Milan are Italian football champions for the first time since the 2010/2011 season.
In a long-distance duel with city rivals Inter, Milan celebrated a 3-0 (3-0) away win against eleventh-placed US Sassuolo.
Inter Milan, who started the last matchday two points behind, also won 3-0 (0-0) against Sampdoria.
A brace from Olivier Giroud (17', 32') and a goal from Franck Kessié (36') made Milan's Scudetto perfect.
Rafael Leão prepared all three goals.
A header hit by substitute Zlatan Ibrahimovic in what was possibly his last professional game was disallowed after video evidence.
Milan secured their 19th league title and drew level with Inter;
Record champion is Juventus (36).
Last year, Inter Milan ended Juventus' nine-year title streak.
